We received numerous mailings from one main which I tossed regularly. As we move into 2025 after an incredibly stressful and medical emergencies one after another in 2024; it was time to get organized. Easy to get loan. Helpful staff. Process was quicker than I expected.
Got a call from Noelle. Returned the call but got someone else who said he would give me a call back. No call back or email. Website doesn’t show anything besides processing documents. Nothing to show what you applied for or are being considered for.
I had a very good experience, Ali was helpful, fast and professional, I'm a repeat customer.
