Possible one of worst experiences I've had with a financial institution. I'll provide a brief summary of what transpired. After jumping through numerous hoops to get a passable VA pension "paystub", the final step was to confirm employment (been at the same job over two years). Someone from the branch called MY cell phone to verify employment... Very quick professional staff. They are very knowledgeable of their services. Victor was very pleasant to work with.
Everything was ok until Anel Garay from One Main screwed me up this Christmas, all I wanted was to reduce the monthly payment for this month of December to buy gifts for my family. She had me sign a deferment Agreement which later she said she forgot to updated into this month payment. She doesn't know the meaning of Overdraft Fee. Which I tried to explain to her and she was clueless. My kids did not get a gift because of her fault.
