I beg to differ with you Carla but I am sorry they made you feel that way, I CAN understand how that might have happened. Just recently I had a terrible financial month and I totally forgot to make my payment to them. I called and they bent over backwards to help me and not to bug me till I got it paid. I cant say enough good things about that experience however; I wish they would try to remember that we are not all privy to the workings of financial places such as theirs.
