good customer service, and friendly

The company is great & the website is easy to use. The branches I originally went to was a tad weird but still the lady I worked with was nice. The employees were very laid back & seemed a tad too casual. I understand being comfortable but they didn't seem to be in a hurry or very serious about it. I would still get another loan through them again.
