This company has been a nightmare to work with. Long story long, I have great credit and they offered me a great rate for a debt consolidation loan. I gave them the card number and name of my CAPITAL ONE card and they for some reason paid off my CREDIT ONE card (which had a zero dollar balance) so now I have a -3k$ credit with credit one, and still have a 3k balance on my capital one card. First off do not push your beliefs on somebody else male is male female is female, there is no such thing as transgender. I was told that everything was approved went into sign, and nothing was done and approved, when I was already told that it was approved and ready to go for signing. Was a complete waste of time if people cannot do their job and just be honest then they shouldn't be working there. I would not recommend this company to anybody unless you want to waste your time.

Do not take any money-offer from them. if you take 12k, there is high interest, and 600 dollars fees

Terrible company, there are better options with better rates, especially with small loans. What was the point of making me submit everything and ding my credit only to deny it in the end because I wanted to use the loan for something work related. That was the reason it was blatantly denied. That was the reason Lucero gave, it's their policy even though it sounded more like a whim.
