Terrible company, there are better options with better rates, especially with small loans. What was the point of making me submit everything and ding my credit only to deny it in the end because I wanted to use the loan for something work related. That was the reason it was blatantly denied. That was the reason Lucero gave, it's their policy even though it sounded more like a whim. Sweating more than outside I couldn't complete my loan application
They had me waiting for over an hour and even the manager previously said that I'd get approved and then they had me wait longer just to come back and say we have bad news my income is too low. The monthly payment would be $70 but my income is too low i make over $1000 a month easy. This used to be the place when I was in a jam all I wanted was a Christmas for once it's been 9 years and I get denied because I make too much money but yet not enough to afford $70 goddamn dollars and that's with my car as collateral.
