I have never had a good experience with this company. None of them are on the same page, they literally send you one a goose chase, then they are rude to your face. if I could go back I would rather not get a loan from anywhere than get another one from this unprofessional place. the new manager John, was the worst I've worked with and he wasn't even on my case! All in all it was a shock the first time I was treated poorly, and the second is was even more frustrating and disappointing. 0 stars if possible
