The process is simple as long as you have your paperwork in order. The rates are like credit card rates, except this is with money and not products/services. The trick is the monthly payment and length of term. and that is affordable. This is the second time I have used them/. They do try to up-sell, and this is up to you whether or not you want the additional services. They are straight forward. If you do not understand then that is on your shoulders.
I would NEVER do business with OneMain again. They tried to take a second payment after the monthly payment was made in full and then lied when they said they would return my phone call.
Hire some human beings to work in their offices. The Ocala Fl office has "people" working there who will argue with you treat you like garbage and make you feel like trash and that is with an established customer who has paid off one loan and is 18 months into this loan with never having been late or in default in any way. I wouldn't borrow 50 cents off these scumbags for a bag of peanuts.
yeah, Great until you have a problem, and then is a struggle to get them to help you resolve it. Like I was told " that will be a problem for me", well lady that happens to be your job. Not professional demeanor at all.
