worst loan experience I've ever had in my life. the staff at the Springfield, il office try to act like management, and tell you lies just to get you in the office. glad I didn't get stuck with any kind of loan from this place, because God only knows what else kind of problems I would have had. Don't make management decisions when your not a manager.
I broke my arm a month ago. Because I took disability insurance with One Main when I opened a loan. They are helping me until I go back to work. Thanks One Main for helping me. Your the best.
