Poor customer service..they stated they needed proof of insurance for my truck. I have emailed 3 times submitted it on the mobile app, AND call several times. They are taking out an extra over 100.00 of month cause they are stating they have not received any document. I called my insurance company which I was on hold for 45 mins with them then I tried to merge the call with One Main insurance dept...they had a ridiculous hold time and my insurance agent could not be on hold that long.
