I just got a call from Jessica at this branch(I have never visited this branch so I have no idea why she reached out instead of my regular branch in Ontario) but n e way jessica asked for my September payment witch happens to unfortunately be late,I told her I would call her back when I have the funds available to give the payment,she said” that’s not how it works,we gave you money and it is your responsibility to pay it on time” and then she hung up on me…🤦🏻‍♀ If that isn’t HORRIBLE customer service and empathy then I do... read more

I’m very happy with my experience at OneMain Financial. Erika was friendly, patient, and very professional. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood the process. She was also very welcoming and easy to work with. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their financial needs.
