Stay away! Do not even think about it! Go sell lemonade in the street, start cutting grass do ANYTHING to avoid this predatory company. They make you sign papers online via conference and rush you through everything, where you cannot read 20 pages in 5 minutes and then harass you like nothing else, even call your work! STAY AWAY
Not helpful at all. They do not take into consideration if your financial situation has changed over the past year - they determined loan qualification vs. denial based on my 2024 income which was almost half of what it has been in 2025 but used my 2025 expenses which are significantly higher than in 2024, making it seem that I had a net loss (not the case in either year). Useless and a waste of time.
In my case, Credit Karma guaranteed loan approval, but then they started asking for a bunch of paperwork. First, we brought them our tax returns, then they said that wasn't suitable and needed an IRS statement. Stay away from them, they're a useless company.Stay away!
