Not helpful at all. They do not take into consideration if your financial situation has changed over the past year - they determined loan qualification vs. denial based on my 2024 income which was almost half of what it has been in 2025 but used my 2025 expenses which are significantly higher than in 2024, making it seem that I had a net loss (not the case in either year). Useless and a waste of time.
In my case, Credit Karma guaranteed loan approval, but then they started asking for a bunch of paperwork. First, we brought them our tax returns, then they said that wasn't suitable and needed an IRS statement. Stay away from them, they're a useless company.Stay away!

No customer service at all the lady who I spoke with seem to have no interest in helping me she was not knowledgeable at all with the qualifications and once I didn’t get approved she just hung up very rude and unhelpful would recommend
