Jack is always so nice and a pleasure to work with!
They create false expectations regarding loan approval. The company provides a pre-approval, conducts a full credit inquiry, and reviews all of your financial information as if you are moving forward with a loan. However, after completing this extensive process, they ultimately deny the application when you are simply trying to consolidate your finances. It was a complete waste of time and resulted in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report.
