If I could give this a zero rating I would. Jack has been outrageously obstructive with getting new plates on my vehicle and has been uncooperative the entire time. I have had to go through their corporate office to get any movement on this but yet he still hinders my ability to get these new tags completed and now I am getting the run around answers and solutions that are not possible to complete. Avoid this location if all possible. There is some sleazy business going on here.

Overall this place helped me through a tough situation however, Do not fall for the offers sent through email if you have an existing loan to go for more money. I have dinged my credit twice now with the online service stating I'm approved for more money to consolidate and then receiving a call from the office that I'm denied for additional funds. I think this feature should not be extended through email unless the company is sure that the customer can be approved 100%.
Michelle was an absolutely wonderful person to work with! She made a stressful situation so much better for my husband and I; I am so grateful. I have worked with others as well, and everyone who works at this branch is so kind.
