Applied for a loan and spoke with Alana , unfortunately shes unprofessional, rude and disrespectful ! Please hire someone who cares or at least pretends to care about customer service! Please avoid the hassle and go somewhere else .

They create false expectations regarding loan approval. The company provides a pre-approval, conducts a full credit inquiry, and reviews all of your financial information as if you are moving forward with a loan. However, after completing this extensive process, they ultimately deny the application when you are simply trying to consolidate your finances. It was a complete waste of time and resulted in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report.
