They create false expectations regarding loan approval. The company provides a pre-approval, conducts a full credit inquiry, and reviews all of your financial information as if you are moving forward with a loan. However, after completing this extensive process, they ultimately deny the application when you are simply trying to consolidate your finances. It was a complete waste of time and resulted in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report.
I have used this Metcalf branch two times now. They are all super helpful very team oriented and make things very easy.
Jack was super easy to work with, transparent and efficient. Quick and easy process. I highly recommend this location. I was shocked to talk to a real person and close the deal with a handshake.
