During times like this it is awful to treat a customer bad. I paid a lot of money for insurance. you all know what's going on and happening you jnow NYS is shut down. and now i am getting the runaround about you making the payments. unreal, I get 2 different answers from the office and the Insurance. ridiculous that you want a letter from my employer when it is closed and a letter from NYS unemployment when NO ONE can get a hold of them. oh yea their gonna write a letter just for me. sad.
