Absolutely horrible! I wish I would have done more research and worked with someone else. Unfortunately I worked with Alexis Smith I wouldn’t suggest her to my worse enemy! I kept telling her that I wasn’t comfortable with her suggestion and she kept saying it was the best and fastest way to handle the situation at hand. I should have researched OMF before pursuing a loan with them. Read thee reviews and also the details of the $10m judgement against them in 2023. To say they're deceptive is a considerable understatement. They never stop calling, but when you talk to them (whoever you talk to) the person doesn't listen, talks over you, affects a demeaning condescending tone, quibbles over nonsensical details--i.e.,"why did you get paid on the 27th in October and the tge 28th in November?"--, forgets information from earlier in a conversation... read more
Horrible customer service. I followed up several times about my loan and heard nothing back. I filed a complaint and still no response. They don't really care if you are a customer or not. This company needs to hire more responsive people. The other people's complaints are spot on.
Such a great experience for us, both my husband and I were treated with respect and kindness from the beging to the end. Thank you Hassel and Store manager Joanne.
