Avoid OneMain Financial. My experience with OneMain Financial was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was poor, communication was inadequate, and what should have been a straightforward request to withdraw my loan application turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience. Despite requesting that my application be withdrawn promptly, I struggled to obtain timely written confirmation. I had such a positive experience here. Mo, Reneé & David were so welcoming, skilled and kind. It is particularly helpful to encounter such care when handling important business and I couldn't be happier. All 3 deserve a raise!!!
