This bank is a disaster. Completely incompetant as I've tried to pay off my loan and they can't seem to close the account. They keep trying to automatically withdraw a payment after the loan has been completely paid off. This naturally generates a fee for a returned check, and so it goes...on and on... Customer service very rarely answers the phone - I've gone for weeks without a call back after leaving several voicemails. Predatory lenders. Avoid at all costs. They continually hammer your credit even if you file paperwork, buy insurance to cover loans and keep them up to date on your status. Horrible company.
