Every time we call this place to get an answer of the loan we got few months ago. They never answer the phone. When they do, they never call me back. I wanted to pay more than the monthly payment to try to cover the loan faster but instead They took half of the money for the principal and half of the money of interest which is not fair. I had a very disappointing experience with this financial institution. After initially approving my application, they suddenly reversed their decision and denied me — without any clear explanation. The most frustrating part? Their reason was that I make more money monthly than I requested. That makes absolutely no sense. Why would earning more be a reason to deny someone?
