The absolute worst "bank" I've ever dealt with in my life to put it nicely. I cosigned on a personal loan for a family member on Feb 20th 2019. Everything went smoothly until Martha decided to report a late payment that was not late. I had to jump through every hoop there is in order to fix my PERFECT credit. This branch is so awful they claim to make phone calls and never do and also repeatedly asked me for medical information that isn't mine including a diagnosis, physicians name, even asked me to have medical forms signed... read more
