I can't say enough about this institution. I was apprehensive at first after seeing so many negative reviews. I still don't understand why such reviews were posted. My experience from beginning to end was only favorable. I worked with Milena Robaina, who made the whole process effortless. She explained everything to me in detail and I am very hapoy with the results. If you need help, I highly recommend One Main Financial in Orange City, Florida. JT
