The staff in the Alabaster office is amazing. Only issue I have is that for some reason my loan was transferred to Gardendale automatically, but the Alabaster staff handled everything very well! Thank you!

One Main employees are nice but not the interest rate, wish it would charge less than 36%. Why not less than 10% after people pay on time and refinance?
This was the biggest mistake I have made in my financial life. I have almost a 35% interest rate, I haven't missed any payments, and they refuse to allow me to refinance for a lower interest rate. I have requested this due to my credit score greatly improving. Stay far away from this company.
