If I could give a 0 I totally would!! Experian had suggested OneMain Financial (and since I have had 3 loans with OneMain Financial through the Auburn branch location (starting in 2018 & paid-off last loan by June 2021)) I figured working with the branch in Federal Way wouldn’t be to bad… wrong! Wrong! Wrong!! Customer service was horrible! their idea of calling you to review details is an email saying they need to talk to you so you should call them… when you call during business hours they aren’t available & don’t call you... read more

Everyone that works in the Federal Way branch is extremely kind and efficient. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a little extra cash.
