They transfer my case here without telling me I should say because they had someone who "spoke Spanish" they called me multiple times in English. They representative was very short and did not explained much. Finally the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I called back to request the withdrawal of my application again they were short and cold. Zero customer service 😑
Said I was approved for the loan then Maria miss calculated my income then said she’d fix it and have her manager call me then completely ghosted me. Would not recommend 👎
This has been the worst loan experience possible. The employees at this branch are the most incompetent. Do not use them, get your loan elsewhere!
