The people dont listen to what you have to say. I had one that kept trying to talk over me. i also told him multiple times not to send receipts to my residence, i was cosigning for someone and i do not want mail going there, and 8 months later they decided to tell me that all my receipts are going there, even though i had told them multiple times to put a note in there. OneMain Financial 1506 N Lee Trevino Dr, Ste B3, El Paso, TX 79936 Representatives are rude and unprofessional. Specially Laura which she will not call the correct contact numbers on the accounts, she calls the reference numbers. I asked to call the correct number and instead indicated I should as if I work for them. What happen to Customer service.
