Have not been too long with them but Mr. Luis Galvan has been wonderful, total opposite of comment i just read, i keep constant communication with him about payments and any other issues and he is always great at responding thru email or phone, best agent in the office
Worst experience I have had in a long time, was told i would be called and never was showed up at the store and was told they would call and they never did just because someone needs help does not make it ok to treat them this way finally got the loan but what a mess
Don't ever deal with Luis Galvan. He never returned my calls or emails. Not professional at all.
