If I could give no stars, I would. OneMain is a scam. I could sit here and drone on and on about the ways that they scam you. But, the math on their principal and interest just do not add up. Period. Just spoke with the branch manager who said in a recorded conversation that I would be required to sign up for Direct Debit. Onemainfinancial are gauging their customers. I payed my bill on time and now they are charging me a late fee because I had the branch address from where I took out my loan from instead of a p.o.box address in kennesaw, ga as the the lien holder on my Insurance, now I get another phone call saying you don't have full coverage on your Insurance but you failed to tell me that when I made the address changes on my Insurance and now I have to go back to my Insurance company and make changes to my coverages all because the person... read more
Don't waste your time and energy to try to meet their requirements. They send a preapproval letter through the mail. Have you apply online. Approved online. When you call to set up appointment they sound like it's going to be a done deal. They Ask you to send all your personal information. Tells you wait and wait for like a day and half just to respond to you and tell you your not approved. Message to this company be straight up with people!
