Very disappointing experience. I was treated rudely by Alexandra, the quote on quote assistant manager, during a recent call. I was calling on behalf of my father, who lives with Parkinson’s, to pursue a loan for a small business we’re starting in his honor. Instead of receiving support, we were met with coldness and zero customer service. Extremely disheartening...

My boyfriend and I needed a loan on short notice and Arlene was very helpful. Our credit isn’t the greatest so we had to go through a couple extra steps and get some extra documents, but at the end of the day Arlene went above and beyond to help us, even when things like the CrowdStrike outage got in the way.
