I had been a consistent customer and always made my payments on time. My monthly payment is due mid of every month and I called to ask if my upcoming payment could be pushed back by just two weeks. I wasn't asking for a 30-day extension...only a short delay. Very disappointing experience. I was treated rudely by Alexandra, the quote on quote assistant manager, during a recent call. I was calling on behalf of my father, who lives with Parkinson’s, to pursue a loan for a small business we’re starting in his honor. Instead of receiving support, we were met with coldness and zero customer service. Extremely disheartening...
