OneMain Financial 1506 N Lee Trevino Dr, Ste B3, El Paso, TX 79936 Representatives are rude and unprofessional. Specially Laura which she will not call the correct contact numbers on the accounts, she calls the reference numbers. I asked to call the correct number and instead indicated I should as if I work for them. What happen to Customer service. The manager at this branch is ridiculous! Hung up on me 5 times after I asked to speak with HER boss! Cocky and disrespectful! Her name is Casey!Thankfully I got in touch with a district manager! 🤗 They tried to tell us our account was going into collections because it had been past due for a year. Not even remotely true because they are completely paid up besides this month, checked on my husbands credit and it clearly states we are ON TIME with one main. Do not do business with these people.
