They are very professional, they try to make your payment, easy for you to pay.
Poor customer service, did not process payments on time, given repeated bad information and numerous letters asking if I was able to make my payment even through it was not yet do. Poorly trained staff, long waits on the phone when trying to get an answer. Paid my loan off 3 years early, wouldn't deal with them again!
