Recently I had my loan redone because I was unemployed, changes were made that were not fully explained to me. Once the changes were discovered, it caused embarrassment and unneeded stress. When I confronted them on the matter, I was told only a small amount of what was needed to remedy the situation. As I progressed down that path, I was falsely told how to acquire what was needed. If I could, I would walk away from this debt but unfortunately I am stuck.
