We are picking up the payments for my wifes mothers second mortgage as her pension was cut by 40 percent when her husband passed away. The branch we deal with is Alliance and believe me if the payment is due on the 9th which ours is...no matter when your pay falls the phone calls start on the 1st. In the fall sundes were tight so we made an interest payment and today I was told pay the november payment or an attorney would be called.... month we made 2 payments at the same time and were about 3 dollars off and are still hear... read more
