Loan was approved and my credit score is good! when Courtney called and realized I was Black she became very unprofessional and rude. It’s ask what’s the money for I selected other and unexpected expenses she saw that on application before she ran and pulled my credit report and approved me! I was prequalified for a loan, but the communication throughout the process was poor. I was told that additional documents were needed to finalize my qualification, which led to a week of constant document uploads. Then, the person handling my application went on a week-long break, forcing me to restart the application process.
