Horrible customer service.
Totally professional; quick; thorough & incredible service. The personnel were courteous & willing to go the extra mile to help the process as quickly as possible. Made everything easy!
I wish I could give this whole company a zero star. We had applied for a loan on Monday, we were contacted on Tuesday and were told we were approved. Gave us the amount we would pay per month and told us we can come in and sign the paperwork. When we were on our way to sign the paperwork we were informed the agent who submitted the loan (and we had spoke to twice) made a mistake and put my husbands income in TWICE. Then was basically told there was nothing we could even do. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware ... read more
