NO HELP
POOR SERVICE###UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP###VERY POOR TREATMENT OF CLIENTS######My home is nearing foreclosure. About 2 weeks ago, the real estate agent tried to contact Brian, the office manager. Brian refused to return the agent's repeated calls.######Meantime, the offer on the house expired, but the prospective buyer was "willing to wait a few days" for a response.######Today the real estate agent again tried to contact Brian. She was told that Brian was out of town and unavailable for a week and that no one else at CitiFinancial could help her. ###I went to the office and asked another servoce rep named Amy if she would at least leave a message on Brian's cell phone. Amy refused to leave a message for Brian.######Then another service rep named Justin Williams got angry and started an argument with me that ended up in a yelling contest. At one point Justin got within a few inches of my face and I thought he was going to physically strike me.
