Great service & understanding the need .
Very helpful and understanding. They worked with me to get the most out of my loan and everything was very easy.
I feel like this place is a scam. You apply online and it says "YOU'RE APPROVED." No "pre-approved," not "pre-qualified," but approved. We call, and the Branch Manager "Renee" answers. First saying to my husband that is his name really his name because he sounds like a girl. Then she said "him, her, whatever" in a very condescending tone with much attitude. Your website doesn't say in your needed BS on what to expect. Stop wasting people's time and hope while continuously running credit.
Applied for a loan was told didn’t make enough money but I had not submitted any of my pay stubs then when I submitted pay stubs was told I didn’t qualify because I made a different amount than I submitted first.. greatly confused
