I did a secured loan through this branch. They held the title for my vehicle after paying my auto loan off. Did some debt consolidation. Things were great, easy monthly payments, and very quick to receive payment. However, I was in a hit and run accident and my car was totaled. And through the whole process (about 3 weeks) they told me they would help me get into a new vehicle once payment for wreckage was processed and check was sent to them from my insurance.
