I went to this OneMain location to ask for help to get a loan and the guy that “helped” me didn’t really help me, I was left waiting in the waiting area while he took a personal phone call and then when he finally “helped” me; in the middle of our conversation his phone rang and he answered another personal phone call. He made me feel like I wasn’t important or priority. He was also dismissive and rude. He also never really talked about how he could help me or if there were other options.
