Very bad decision going with them to try rebuild my credit I had all the added protection they offered and lost my job due to my son having muscular dystrophy going to appointments and their protection plan didn’t help and now saying I owe 5925 and only borrowed 2000 so I hope this helps someone from making a bad decision as I did an keeps this company from hurting more people that truly are doing what we are supposed to do
Getting a loan here was the worst financial decisions I've ever made in my life. I was completely misled and naive. God forbid you are 1 day late, you will be harassed with phone calls and voicemails. I can't wait to pay it off and never have to hear from their manipulative staff again.
Amy was very polite and professional in handling my request. I was in and out within a hour. Received my loan within an hour after leaving. Can't see going no where else
Dawn was rude to me today. Been up to date on my loan until this payment. I made contact saying it would be late. They kept calling me time after time for days while I’m trying to work and make money. I answered today and told her that I can’t make the payment and she responded in a rude tone “you need to answer your phone and say that then!” I told her I already made contact and told them that I couldn’t.
