This company is pathetic. First my wife was LITERALLY about to get approved until they asked about a collateral, which the car was under my name... So now I, the owner of the car tries to get approval and the car loan is "too new." Go kick rocks! Useless company. Not to mention I had to call back all afternoon just for this ridiculous answer. This is why people cannot get assistance to pay off debts due to chumps like these people and trash policies.

This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They say one thing and then completely fail to follow through. Instead of taking responsibility, they turn around and blame the customer. The office manager has an extremely poor attitude toward potential clients and is incredibly disrespectful. If you are considering this place, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. I only gave one star because I had to — otherwise, they would have received zero.

They told me I was approved for about a week and then I talked to them and nope ,not approved. They said I was approved online and someone on the phone said yeah, your approved, let us get back to you and get more information. A hard check on my credit and I gave them all my personal information including bank information. You can’t believe the disappointment my family felt. I’m out of work right now with shingles.
