I considered taking out a loan with OneMain to consolidate some loans. (Please do your research, for certain populations these can be highly predatory). I received calls from 3 different people today. One to begin my loan, one who I requested cancel the loan application, and a third who called to offer me loan terms several hours AFTER I was told my loan application was cancelled. Terrible customer service and attitude from the staff. I received a call back after the office was closed last night asking me to call them back. I called within a minute and the phone went direct to a recording. I have left 3 voicemails and had no return calls and when I just called the office I spoke to a very rude person who just made excuses as to why I had to chase them down after they asked me to call back and then didn’t reply to any voicemails. Mob boss loan sharks are better suited to help you than these predatory "bankers" as they give better rates and are more likely to help. Seriously useless help, full of contradictions and should be investigated for shady practices (misleading claims and last minute switches after already dinging your credit with a hard pull) and total lack of communication or instructions. Don't worry, someone will reach out to you, someday, at some point, honest.
Jennifer doesn’t care about you and your financial issues. You will experience a condescending, uppity attitude about your plight. Glad I found a loan from a better company.
