Chris was great. The process was easy and smooth.
We were looking to consolidate our bills: pay of small loans with high interest as well as multiple credit cards. I looked at a few places but we settled on OMF. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bonita. She spelled everything out to us and worked really hard on getting us our loan. She helped us even after the branch closed to ensure we finalized our loan and received funds. She was just a peach. So happy with our experience.
I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with OneMain Financial. Their business model feels predatory, targeting customers with high-interest loans, then making it easy to extend or “renew” those loans in a way that increases the overall balance and drags out repayment terms.
