Alycia made the processes to acquire and cancel (I cancelled due to no fault of her's, as I received a better loan offer elsewhere) a loan very smooth, understandable, and frustration-free. I would definitely go through the process again if needed. Thank you OneMain and Alycia.
Would be nice if somone would actually pick up the phone instead of going straight to voicemail. I understand being busy but to just ignore phone calls of customers who have submitted personal info just seems like some poor customer service. Dont even know if anyone is actually at this office that my lawn agreement has been sent to. Nothing like just being in the dark after submitting personal information to a company.
I incurred a serious injury March of 2023 & was terminated by my job 6 months later, while still disabled. Have struggled financially ever since, including making my loan payments on time.
