I recently had a hard ding on my credit for something online said I was approved for. I don't understand that if it's asking for my social security number and everything else online and then turned around and says I'm approved but you call the branch and they say you're not approved I don't think that's fair. And then if they want you to add people then each one of those people you add would also get hard pull on their credit check. Very professional and friendly
Applied for a loan here and was pre- approved right away, and I get that dont mean a thing.... But when i got a second call approving me , thats a different story !!! Seems to me that one main is just using their personel just to lure people in... , since their personel does not have the final say, after all they did to get you there ! In my case, I had the collateral, (vehicle) , all the docs needed and was getting charged their 35.99% int rate (allowed by New Mexico) plus took a ding on credit inquiry ,, so didn't understa... read more
One main is awesome I have had 3 loans with them my credit is good with them so when I need a loan again I'm approved instantly and my payments are affordable for the loan that I requested I was even surprised I was able to get $20,000 loan but did not want to put myself in that situation to where I can't pay it due to me already having a high car payment.
