RecommendedI've used Onemain for a long time, but I was disappointed by the customer service this time. I was told several times throughout the day that my documents would be or were emailed when they weren't. When I finally got them, I was kicked out in the middle of signing because they had expired. Will NEVER use OneMain again! Branch loan officer screwed up and lied about FedEx'ing the check for a car I was buying out of town, I had transport scheduled to pick up, caught it in time Friday to still work, but loan officer didn't check Saturday delivery (knew it was scheduled)! Cost me $100 cancellation fee and another week of rental car. Offered to pay for that, but never happened... paid off my loan and moved my business.
