Staff at my local branch patronize and belittle long time customers. Terrible customer service.
I was made a great promise after working closely with Marcus, one of the reps. I come in to sign my papers and all of a sudden the story changes and I am told “You must have misunderstood....” WTW? I heard what I heard!!!! Another rep comes over to try to smooth things over, Tyler is nice enough, but I would definitely call this a ‘BAIT AND SWITCH’ if I’ve ever seen one.
