Specially Laura which she will not call the correct contact numbers on the accounts, she calls the reference numbers. I asked to call the correct number and instead indicated I should as if I work for them. What happen to Customer service. Easy to work with, helpful and courteous. They put my loan through quickly and easily.
The process was very easy. The individual processing my account was very friendly and very knowledgable. The entire process was completed inless than 1 hour and the money was in my bank account the next morning.
I assume the best way to find out about customer service, is when your doing more than just setting up your account to pay automatic payments. He'll I could that...hell you could do that. Anybody with a heartbeat can do great customer service when absolutely nothing is required of them. The sooner I can remove this debter from my life the better, in the last three weeks I have had my a minimum of three different employees cold calling me to refinance my loan, yet no one thought to inform me that my bill (that I had set up to withdraw automatically btw) had not been paid for January.
