I have been a one main customer for years. Have never missed or been late on a payment. I have my own small childcare business. with the Corona virus here. I went from 12 kids to 3. I called to ask to see if payment can be lowered. To be told they have to see what's in my bank account. I didnt show a bank account when I got the loan years ago. it clearly state in the paperwork about hardship. but because I feel that is a invasion of my privacy. They are not willing to help me.
