Pleasantly surprised to say that not only was everything handled politely and professionally, but the staff even took the time to truly educate me on some of the finer details and concepts that i did not know about. By the end of the process i felt like i had truly made the correct decision, and i made it for myself with the knowledge imparted by the staff.
This place is an absolute joke. They have severely poor customer service. Specifically Jason at the Clearwater office. He is rude and does not communicate. If you hate your job that much just look for a new one. Your misery can be felt through the phone. If you need anything loan wise just go elsewhere where. They waste your time and are extremely unprofessional. Run far away! If Jason is your rep ask for anyone else. I promise he’s not worth your time because you’re not worth his.
