RecommendedMost of the information was taken online an I submitted on line pictures so I did save some time . Although some of my information needed to be approved 1st I dont have checks from the bank I bank from so I had to go an get a letterhead an 2nd my check stub doesn't have year to date so I had to call the accountant we use but 3rd my representative that I sat down with an was sorting threw my things had to call to get approvals an she waited on the phone for a bit that was time that she should not have to do. a customer is one... read more

I have had a wonderful experience so far.
This company has the worst customer service. The web site is not updated in a timely manor and I never know what my real balance is. They called me and told me I was paid up for 2 months, so I skipped a month. The month they told me I could skip, they actually took the payment out of an old bank account that was closed. I had to pay the bank back plus the $30 fee, it was a hassle, but I did get One Main to pay me back. Then the next month, they charged me an extra $200 finance fee on top of my regular payment!
