Applied on line the night before and they called and texted Bauchi shortly after opening the next morning. Thing was I was already on my way in. They took me without an appointment and couldn’t nave been nicer. Christopher Maurice, the manager got things started and I came away with much more money than I asked or thought I qualify for ! Zoe I helped finish the process and is worth the price of admission !!! She is great. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them !!! Great work Folks. Thanks !!

Predatory lenders. Unethical business practices. You will repay double what you borrow, if not more. That's not helping anyone but the sales person's commissions, which is why they call you daily to get you to come in and sign for a loan. I told her off. You should too.

Applied online and got an approval. On the application, I entered my social security number, my birthdate, and all other personal information they requested. The email said to stop in and have my money as soon as today. Told me what I would need to bring in, ( check stub, I.D., etc). They called me the next day and wanted to get my approval to run my credit. I didn't see any reason not to, since according to the email, I had already been approved. We will be reporting this business to the OCC. horrible ethics really quick to answer the phone so they can take an application and run your credit. They lure you in with lies on how you will be approved and its all a lie and per one of their high ups the more the applications they take the better it looks for the business. But they do not care about the consumers and how this will hurt them with a hard inquiry on credit this is abusive lending methods and extremely deceptive. First of all, if you receive an offer in the mail, don't take the bait. My father took out a loan with these people in 2012. He has never missed a payment. He received an offer in the mail stating that they would like to refinance his loan for a better rate and payment. He called and Spoke with the Lancaster branch who approved him for the refinance plus a little more money that He needed to fix his roof. Got a loan through Thomasville office. Paid every payment on time and actually paid it office really early. One Main LOST the title to my truck. Kept ttellin me the state had my title. Had the tag office check with the state. The state NEVER had my title and One Main never even was on the title as the lien holder. Poor customer service and professionalism. My point of contact was Jeff and I never received a call back. I called the next day and he was unavailable. I was told that I would receive a call back that day and here it is 5 days later with no return call.

I got accepted for a loan here but I have never been treated so horrible. The girls working there are the rudest most condescending employees at a bank I have ever met. Highest APR I was offered as well. I had to decline because of the poor customer service and highest rates. I would not ever go there to get a loan.
