They sent me a pre approved check. I cashed it and everything was great. Used the $ for a Disney trip. Hope they send another.
Debbie is wonderful! I have had a loan through them for a while. Recently I moved and decided to refinance the loan for a higher amount. However I accidentally sent the loan to this office instead of the one closest to me. I called, and within 30 minutes Deb called me back letting me know that she had moved everything to the branch closest to me. Thanks for being awesome Deb!
