Lillian bad customer service. I called to make an appointment when I show up she said I had no appointment. We were told we were approved and to call them the next day to go sign. I called them and get attitude from her because I gave the wrong number (me and my husband gave “wrong numbers”) she said to call Monday I call Monday like she states then basically get told to stop calling she would call me (in a mean professional way). As a current customer who also works with patients and collecting financials I’m left in shock and in disbelief that I was treated in such a way that felt belittled by Allison today I was yelled at and hung up on after having already made a payment along with an arrangement on my account last week with lady.
