Let me start off by saying ALMA G. went above and beyond. Her customer service was excellent. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me and I loved that. Thank you ALMA G. for your patience and great customer service. ONE MAIN… you need more employees like her!!! If you need a loan. Go to ALMA G. Alma and her team deserves no stars.That place needs to be shut down.The negative reviews are definitely true.They would have you do everything that you need to do because you’re approved.Alma kept calling me.You wanted me to go to the office to sign papers and that didn’t happen.I did a smog and registered my car I don’t drive because I was approved with that car.I spent all my money to do that because I was approved and they told me I needed to.Took there advice just to be at the finish line and sit in a room and wait 5 mi... read more
Stephanie at this location is extremely rude, and has no idea what she is doing. If you do not want to do your job and are just there for a paycheck, fibd a different line of work. Customer service is not for you
