I cannot in good conscience recommend the Roswell NM branch. Monica told me one thing that was apparently inaccurate then denied saying it and transferred me to a manager when I questioned her about it. The manager cut me off, would not me speak. She told me she was sitting right there the entire time and Monica never said what she had said. They are either both mis remembering a conversation 3 minutes prior or they are blatantly deceitful. My issue was not resolved.
