Love the people that work there very friendly and kind. They help me get a loan that I needed it to pay off all my debts.
We have worked with One Main for several years. They are Always thoughtful and do their best to help us with any emergency funding we have to deal with. Good advice was offered and we never had to give up or be embarrassed to ask for help. One Main has always been there for us and staff members are ready to help us.
Loan process was easy when I came in. But I got a call from them for my payment, I couldn't answer so I called back. The lady pulled my account up through my phone number, never asked me to confirm my identity, asked if we are using card ending in ×××× and I had to say "I agree" to process the payment. She referred to me by my name without asking me to confirm not 1 detail about myself. Not the last 4 of my social, not my address, nothing.
