Finally had funds to pay off the loan after 2 years and 100% on-time payments. When the auto payment was about to pull, I went ahead and paid it off. The auto payment tried pulling, which I figured it might, but it kept trying to pull. I called OneMain and Nicole said I didn't have an outstanding balance. After calling back and forth between my bank and Onemain, it seemed like everyone's hands were tied and there was nothing anyone could do.
